Terms of Service Agreement

Minimum Site Submission Criteria:
|
Do not submit sites that are under construction.
The site must be up and running 24/7
The site must not already appear in the Directory
The site must contain unique content, as determined by a Koolar editor
Do not submit sites that redirect visitors to another site
The site must be in English
The site must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, Koolar believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive

The following sites will not be included into the directory:

|
Sites containing libel, child pornography, materials violating the copyright
Sites containing the propaganda of violence, hatred or fraud
Sites containing pirate software or links to other sites that contain it
Sites selling or advertising weapons, drugs and other illegal products
Adult sites containing obviously sexual image galleries
Sites selling or advertising sex-oriented medicines
Sites mostly consisting of affiliate links
Sites created only for displaying AdSense advertisements and other similar advertisements

Please note that the above listed are the minimum site criteria only, and Koolar editors use additional factors in deciding whether of not to accept your site for inclusion.

Selection and Listing of Sites
|
|
Koolar reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how a site is listed.
If Koolar accepts your site, Koolar reserves the right to list your site in any category or subcategory
as Koolar deems appropriate, in its sole discretion. Koolar reserves the right not to include any specific
keywords in the title or description of your site. Koolar also reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to remove your site from the Directory, move the listing to a different category or subcategory, and change
or remove any keywords at any time, for any reason.

Privacy Policy
|
All personal information collected on the Koolar website is protected by this Privacy Policy
Koolar will not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information without your consent
If you submit a listing to our directory, we may send you email in relation to the status of that listing
(Status Emails).
You agree to receive Status Emails as a condition of submitting your website.
An example of a Status Email would be to tell you that your site had been accepted into the Koolar directory.
You may view a copy of the personal information that we have on file by emailing us at privacy@koolar.com. You can also unsubscribe from mailings that originate from Koolar by emailing a request to this address.
Please include in the request your website URL, the email address you used to submit the website and your name.

User Submissions Not Privileged

Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this website ("Submissions")
will be considered non-confidential and non proprietary. Koolar shall have no obligations with respect to your Submissions.
Koolar and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use your Submissions and all data,
images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other material that would violate any applicable law.

Indemnity

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
NEITHER THIS AGREEMENT NOR ANY DOCUMENTATION FURNISHED UNDER IT IS INTENDED TO EXPRESS OR
IMPLY ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
KOOLAR, AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE,
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE
OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, EVEN IF KOOLAR IS AWARE OF THE RISK OF
SUCH DAMAGES, THAT RESULT IN ANY WAY FROM APPLICANT'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS
SERVICE, KOOLAR'S ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF A SUGGESTED SITE, OR KOOLAR'S CONTINUED
LISTING OF A SITE IN THE DIRECTORY.
KOOLAR'S LIABILITY TO APPLICANT SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT
ACTUALLY PAID BY APPLICANT TO KOOLAR UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
